Ventrillo doesn't work

i guess this is the place to post it. I can't seem to find the SS server in ventrillo, it keeps asking me to make one and this is the first time i've done it so could people please post help here

Ok

1) Input ur ventrilo User Name by clicking the "->" button next to it clicking "New" and then putting "Sicilia", click Ok and then Ok again
2)Click the "->" button next to server
3) Click "New" and put in "Sweet Sensations"
4) In Hostname put "vent39.light-speed.com"
5) in Port put "5313"
6) You will need to enter something in the password box but not quite yet, when you and i are on i will ask u to send me a password, when i have set u up u then put it in
7 You're all set up
